The subprocessors of Sealmetrics are listed in **Annex 3 of the Data Processing Agreement** at [sealmetrics.com/dpa](https://sealmetrics.com/dpa/), which is the authoritative, always-current version of the list. As of this review it names Noraina Limited (Ireland — infrastructure and database hosting), Scaleway SAS (Paris — managed LLM inference for Seal AI) and Resend (US, under SCCs — service emails); the DPA itself is the reference if the two ever differ.
