Does SealMetrics comply with CNIL guidelines for analytics without consent?

Yes. SealMetrics complies with the requirements set by the French CNIL to operate in “consent exemption” mode for audience measurement.

This means you can legally measure traffic and conversions in France without showing a cookie banner, as long as SealMetrics is used exclusively for exempted purposes:
