LENS generates automated reports that summarize your analytics data and deliver insights without you needing to ask.

Report Types

Executive Summary

A high-level overview designed for stakeholders who need the big picture.

Includes:

  • Key metrics snapshot (traffic, conversions, revenue)
  • Week-over-week and month-over-month trends
  • Top performing channels and campaigns
  • Notable anomalies or issues
  • AI-generated insights and recommendations

Best for: Leadership, weekly team updates, stakeholder communication

Performance Report

Detailed analysis of your marketing and site performance.

Includes:

  • Traffic breakdown by source, medium, campaign
  • Conversion funnel analysis
  • Revenue attribution
  • Campaign ROAS comparison
  • Device and geographic performance

Best for: Marketing teams, performance reviews, optimization planning

Anomaly Report

Summary of all detected anomalies in a given period.

Includes:

  • List of all anomalies detected
  • Severity breakdown
  • Resolution status
  • Trend analysis of anomaly frequency
  • Recommendations for prevention

Best for: Technical teams, quality monitoring, issue tracking

Custom Report

Build your own report with specific metrics and segments.

Includes:

  • Custom metric selection
  • Custom segments and filters
  • Flexible time periods
  • Custom comparison baselines

Best for: Specific business needs, unique KPIs, specialized analysis

Creating a Report

Step 1: Choose a Template

  1. Go to LENS → Reports
  2. Click Create Report
  3. Select a template:
    • Executive Summary
    • Performance Report
    • Anomaly Report
    • Start from Scratch

Step 2: Configure Settings

Report Name: Weekly Marketing Performance

Template: Performance Report

Time Period:
○ Last 7 days
● Last week (Mon-Sun)
○ Last 30 days
○ Custom range

Comparison:
● Previous period
○ Same period last year
○ No comparison

Step 3: Select Metrics

Choose what to include:

Step 5: Configure Delivery

Delivery Schedule:
● Weekly on Monday at 8:00 AM

Timezone: Europe/Madrid

Step 6: Review and Activate

Preview the report, then click Activate.

View All Reports

Go to LENS → Reports to see:

Edit a Report

  1. Click on the report name
  2. Modify settings
  3. Click Save Changes

Changes apply to the next scheduled send.

Pause/Resume

  • Click ⏸ Pause to temporarily stop delivery
  • Click ▶ Resume to restart

Delete a Report

  1. Click ⋮ → Delete
  2. Confirm deletion

Deleted reports cannot be recovered. Consider pausing instead if you might need it later.

Slack

Send reports to Slack channels:

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Slack
  2. Connect your workspace
  3. In report settings, add Slack channel as recipient

Webhook

Receive report data via webhook:

  1. In report settings, enable Webhook Delivery
  2. Enter your webhook URL
  3. Report data is POSTed as JSON
